“Working with Camilla really helped my new leadership board reinforce our bond as friends, peers, and especially coworkers. I really wanted to prepare SGA for a great year ahead, focusing on transparency, communication, leadership, and respect. I really feel like the SGA Leadership Board is so much more confident in themselves and came out of this experience feeling inspired to tackle many initiatives this year.”

Natalie Bowen, SGA President, Virginia Commonwealth University

“What stood out is it’s good to talk honest opinion. Don’t be afraid to talk… because that makes us to be better team. And figure out from a mindset perspective is really helpful because sometimes the problem is just our brain. I liked when we talked about emphasis and feedback and how to react to it. It was great reminder how I should act on and off the court as a person and feel more confident and comfortable to share with teammates.”

“Working with Camilla at The Movement Cooperative was one of the most grounding and humanizing experiences I’ve had in a workplace. She led with empathy and clarity, and created a people-first culture that extended far beyond just our team. Camilla made us feel human and seen, even in the busiest, most high-stakes moments. Her mix of emotional intelligence and strategic skill is something I still carry with me. I’m deeply grateful for her care, her thoughtfulness, and the way she made space for all of us to thrive. I learned so much seeing her in action and can highly recommend her work!"

“What stood out to me was that everybody was valued during all the sessions. Camilla created a safe space for everyone, so all things could be shared and discussed. From all the input we gave her, she was the one who connected everything, so we could come up with solutions as a team. I would definitely recommend working with Camilla. It gave me so many new insights about my team and about being a leader. After working with Camilla, I knew my teammates better, and there were more clear expectations between the team. It helped me grow personally but also helped the team grow. “

“ I think these sessions helped me so much both personally and in terms of the team - to trust my teammates more, get to know them better, and to figure things out, as well as set common ground and common goals as a team. Super grateful we got this opportunity!”

“It can be daunting entrusting your team culture meetings to another person but Camilla was terrific. She immersed herself in our team, taking the time to get to know both individuals and our collective identity. She collaborated with the coaching staff to blend our desired outcomes with her professional expertise, and made an effort with the small details. It’s evident Camilla has a real passion for facilitating team sessions and would recommend Clarity Point HQ to any team looking to improve its team chemistry, communication, and culture.”
