Background
Camilla Hill is a speaker, facilitator, and founder known for building trust quickly, aligning culture with values, and turning complexity into clear, usable systems.
A William & Mary alumna with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, former varsity field hockey player, and coach, Camilla learned early what strong teams require: clear expectations, shared accountability, and trust you can feel. Those lessons still shape how she leads today.
Camilla also spent much of her childhood and adolescence traveling and volunteering with her mother, an OB-GYN, through a small NGO. That experience gave her an early understanding of the importance of community-based public health work, especially efforts centered on women’s and girls’ education and health. She saw firsthand that when you invest in women and girls, you strengthen families, expand opportunity, and improve the health of entire communities.
After earning her Master’s in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, Camilla began her career supporting people through high-stakes moments. That work sharpened her ability to stay steady, listen deeply, and help others move forward with clarity. She later brought that same steadiness into roles across athletics, higher education, nonprofits, and People & Culture leadership, where she became known for blending care with structure and designing systems people actually use.
Today, through Clarity Point HQ, Camilla partners with leaders, organizations, teams, athletic departments, universities, and physician groups that want their values to show up in day-to-day decisions. Her work centers culture, leadership, and practical systems that help people work well together, achieve, and stay invested.
She lives in Richmond with her wife, Samantha, their two children, and two dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys running, biking, swimming, and reading.
