Welcome to Clarity Point HQ, where human-centered teams take shape.

Hey, I’m Camilla.

Camilla, a smiling white woman with brown hair pulled back, leans against a white column outdoors. She wears a bright pink suit over a white top, accented by a black belt with a gold buckle, a gold watch, and delicate jewelry.

My superpower? I build trust fast, surface what organizations need, and design systems where both people and organizations thrive.

I'm a strategic, equity-first People & Culture leader with 13+ years of experience designing accessible, compliant, and people-first systems.

I don’t just optimize processes; I cultivate cultures of care, clarity, and shared accountability.

Through Clarity Point HQ, I offer strategic consulting, fractional roles and project-based support, as well as speaking and retreat facilitation for organizations ready to align their people practices with their values, drive meaningful results, and build workplaces where people can grow and stay.

My Approach

My background as an athlete and coach shaped the strengths-based leadership philosophy I’ve carried and expanded throughout my career. I'm deeply committed to building caregiver- and parent-friendly workplaces that support whole-human work-life integration.

I’ve led people strategy across in-person, hybrid, and fully remote teams; scaled organizations; implemented Collective Bargaining Agreements; advised executives; and embedded inclusion into every system I’ve designed.

I started Clarity Point HQ because I’ve always known that workplaces could be better — not just more efficient, but more human. I believe that people deserve to thrive, that systems should make sense, and that clarity, care, results, and accountability can all live side by side.
